The MarCom competition has grown to perhaps the largest of its kind in the world with about 6,000 entries per year. A look at the winners shows a range in size from associations to media conglomerates and Fortune 50 companies. Proudly, the American Moving and Storage Association earned a 2012 win for the website design work provided by Timberlake.

Timberlake is moving into new office space this weekend. Since launching business in 1999, we have been located at 11216 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax Virginia, 22030. As a result of our clients loyal support with on-going service renewals and continued growth with new associations, Timberlake has grown in staff complement and customer base. We ask that you make a note in your records as effective 9/28/12. Bear in mind that our office numbers for phone and fax will remain the same. All technical aspects of the business including the Timberlake network are hosted at a separate and secure enterprise level data center. They will not be affected with the move. MOAA Announces Multiple Timberlake Projects as Winners! The Texas Council of Chapters and El Paso MOAA Sites Earn First Place.

Each year, the Military Officers Association of America recognizes their councils and chapters that do an outstanding job communicating with the MOAA members. Seven categories of competition ranging from print newsletters to legislative coverage to websites were evaluated. The Texas Council of Chapters and El Paso MOAA Sites are supported by Timberlake's offering and were awarded first place in the website category. Timberlake is proud to support these associations and the great people they represent.
Timberlake Launches New Project Implementation Tools Clients Can Easily Access and Coordinate Project Plans, Schedules and Assignments

Timberlake Membership Software announced that a new project management system installed in December 2011 has successfully managed twelve new client installations. Goals achieved with the new system included providing greater visibility into all activities, tighter integration of processes and greater levels of coordination between Timberlake clients and the implementation team. Seamless workflows for projects from quoting through implementation to post-project maintenance and service were also realized.

Timberlake Announces Integration With Higher Logic Seamless Integration allows Timberlake Clients to Provide Social Media Tools

Timberlake Membership Software announced an integration between its SaaS-based association management software and Higher Logic's Professional Social Networking software. The integration, managed by Timberlake's development team, allows Timberlake Association clients to significantly streamline the transition of the member's membership profiles and information directly into Higher Logic. The integration was developed using the Timberlake and Higher Logic application programming interfaces (APIs).

Timberlake Membership Software's newest version release now supports all mobile devices and tablets without the need for an alternate "mobile" site or need to download a mobile application. Timberlake's Development team re-engineered the entire "front-end" of the offering to allow the Timberlake client sites to automatically detect the type of device accessing the association website and then reconfigure all content, photos and navigation menus to match screen size, resolution and type of navigation commands used on the device. This means association members using the TRANSFORM! edition will be able to access all features including e-commerce, calendaring, member joins and renewals from any mobile device. Event Registration Tool Now Includes Session & Track Management Event Planners Can Manage Multiple Sub-Events within the Primary Event Registration

Timberlake Membership Software's comprehensive event registration feature has been enhanced to accommodate session and track management. Each session within a specific event track will provide associations with the ability to assign a track owner that can manage the track webpage, download registrant rosters and mail-blast the registrants. Association staff can assign additional costs per session and include continuing education credits that can be awarded to each attendee.
